55-inch TV: moving volume and packing
55-inch TV: 0.3 m³, 0.1 LDM. Keep it upright in a box with corner protection and never lay it face down.
A 55-inch TV counts as about 0.3 m³ and 0.1 load metres, but the screen is the fragile part, not the volume. Use the original box with its foam inserts if you still have it, and keep the TV upright so the panel does not flex. Never lay a modern flat panel face down on a hard surface.

How to pack
- Detach the stand and the cables and pack them in a labelled bag.
- Use the original box and foam, or a TV box with corner protectors.
- Load it upright between soft items and strap the box so it cannot tip.
For storage
Store upright in its box in a dry room, away from pressure on the screen.
