Bicycle: moving volume and packing
Bicycle: 0.5 m³, 0.167 LDM. Turn the handlebars, remove the pedals, cover the chain and lay it flat.
A bicycle is counted at about 0.5 m³ and 0.167 load metres, though its shape matters more than the number. Turn the handlebars, remove the pedals and lower the saddle so it lies flat without scratching other items. Cover the chain and derailleur, which leave oil marks on upholstery.
